Designs

All designs exist as outlined, they are not shown to protect investors while production agreements are made and protection established. Once programmes are established the designs will be launched.

Construction Syndicate portions

Total cost of the production will be met by the sale of parts of the development expense of the total estimated cost of each production programme. This assembles a consortium of buyers from all over the world, be they individuals, Governments, companies and groups of individuals all contributing to manufacture cost. Investors profit from the eventual sales from the aircraft - or operational payloads in the J2000 HYT case - any funds not spent on production.

Sales Programme

Individuals, companies, Governments and others can buy components in the production syndicate via this Website. Investors simply must provide their details and forward sufficient capital for the desired amount of portions via the purchase portal, in the programme main page they desire to be a part of.

To ensure the sale of the total number of syndicate portions to build each air and spacecraft an incentive programme has been created to reward people successfully marketing on behalf of BAT. This will be determined by a declaration made by the syndicate portion buyer declaring the person was responsible for the BAT syndicate portion purchase. Successful people responsible for obtaining sales of the part production cost portions from BAT will receive $50,000 per portion sold, except with the J2000 HYT programme, which has remuneration of $500,000 per portion sold. This allows the world’s best sales people to work for BAT.

Part-portion purchases through an agent or broker

People wanting to buy into BAT by investing less money than the total cost of a BAT must find an agent or broker who handles part-portion sales. People buying through Brokers must ensure that they are fully protected under the laws of their country and that all money provided for the part purchase of the portion is solicited and insured against any contingency.

Investors purchasing part-portions will be notified by their broker and BAT once the syndicate portion sale is made. If notification is not received within a two year period the part-portion purchaser must be refunded their money in full by the agent or broker. In this situation the part syndicate buyer may re-submit through the agent or broker, or another vendor.

Groups with sufficient funds to purchase a portion may form their own brokerage via legal contract and submit via the main page of the type of their agreed choices purchase portal on the BAT website

Being an agent or broker for BAT

Businesses and other organisations may act on behalf of BAT as agents or brokers. This is a way of generating more money from BAT rebates as the agent or broker receives the compensation in this circumstance. These representatives will handle collection of money from investors with less than the total cost of the BAT syndicate portion, who wish to participate in BAT development programmes. Brokers must ensure that money they handle is documented and solicited, or their tender will be rejected. Brokers and agents must ensure the total cost of a syndicate is made up with investors of the total cost within two years. If the total cost of a portion is not made up within two years, the broker must either refund the money or merge with another broker or agent or other to make up the cost of a syndicate portion.

Brokers will be rewarded the $50,000 per syndicate portion sale.

Build development

The build process is two pronged, with one branch based upon building a prototype, the second concentrates upon establishing mainstream production, beginning simultaneously

A prototype of each production air or spacecraft will be designed and built, designed to be as close to production standard as possible to ensure the best product enters production and prove the design. Amendments and changes to the design, aerodynamically and ergonomically will be made prior to establishing the production version, meeting or exceeding legal FAA certification standard, ICAO guidelines and recommendations and other aviation bureaus around the world. While the prototype is being established and built, the production process will be set up by finding sub-contractors and a manufacturer for the individual type.

For both the AFG and ARFG Neecenow and J2000 HYT - programmes which interlink funding - this process begins simultaneously though a programme is in place to find a suitable power plant design, with the winners paid out of the production syndicate funds. Once these engines are prototyped the process becomes similar to that above and used by the other BAT programmes.

Manufacturing

Present manufacturers are preferred to produce the BAT aerospace products. BAT will make every effort to distribute production amongst existing manufacturers. Once these companies are established manufacturing commences. A selected manufacturer will be paid by BAT with syndicate capital for the production by their company to set up and establish production.

Manufacturers will take a part-profit from each air or spacecraft produced: the syndicate is paid the majority of all further profit from the sales of the aircraft for the life of the production. This facet will benefit the porion-holders of existing aerospace manufacturers, the aerospace company and the BAT syndicate portion-holders.

Production rate

The rate of production will be set by the anticipated sales coupled with any advanced order numbers. With selected programmes manufacture targets will be high, and others low, set for an indefinite production life. With newer variants, it is conceived that certain BAT designs could be in production in 50 years time.
