No design is illustrated as yet
for security reasons to present and future syndicate
portion owners. |
|
• |
Portion is the term given to
the part of the full construction cost and investor
buys. |
|
• |
Fully specified designs exist
as outlined, and, with the exception of the AFG,
ARFG Neecenow and J2000 HYT programmes awaiting
power plants, can be flying today. There are
no lengthy delays deriving a type which could be
found inadequate to the task. |
|
• |
All profit obtained from
aircraft sales of the chosen investment syndicate -
relevant to the number of portions purchased
percentage purchased - goes to syndicate
portion-holders. |
|
• |
5% of each portion is given to
the party or parties acting as broker or agent in
obtaining the portion sale to a corporate,
individual, consortium or Government bodies or
other. This will be redeemed to the nominated
party in the portion purchasing section. There
are the only monies not directly going to producing
the aircraft: no money - no air or spacecraft. |
|
• |
Any person can contribute to
building these aircraft by purchasing portions, it
is hoped people will form together and purchase a
syndicate portion via forming consortiums or become
brokers, both in their towns and cities, work or
clubs, or over the internet. |
|
• |
Syndicate portions are not
refundable but may be transferred if requested, to
other title holders. Portion values are a percentage
basis and will not go up or down in value.
Syndicate portions replace the role a bank would in
airliner manufacturing, with the difference being
that the syndicate holders profit for the production
life of the air or space craft type. |
|
• |
Each syndicate component pays
for a part of construction and manufacture costs of
the type selected. Capital raised going
straight into production costs, and work will
proceed according to the rate the capital is
received. If capital acquisition is slow, the
rate of production will be scaled accordingly. |
|
• |
Once the aircraft is produced,
profits from sales will proceed directly back to
syndicate holders from the first sale or use in the
J2000 HYT case. Traditionally large
manufacturers have had to repay manufacture cost
prior to profit. This way, as the syndicate
has paid for the production cost, all capital is
returned to them for the life of the type.
Existing manufacturers can profit as well as their
share holders, with BAT syndicate portion holders
retaining the profit that would otherwise be repaid
to a bank. |
|
• |
Investor profit depends upon
aircraft sales or in the case of the J2000 HYT,
mission profits. There is no guarantee of any
aircraft sale: markets have been derived according
to overall need areas of the products operational
value, as well as past sale figures. |
|
• |
Sales will vary from estimated
targets due to fluctuations in the market demand and
new markets offered. If sales are high profit
is higher and vise versa. |
|
• |
Should a syndicate air or
spacecraft be completed under budget, remaining
money and any interest will be reimbursed between
all portion-holders in that syndicate only. |
|
• |
Ready to be built designs exist
as outlined. |
|
• |
Projects will use
sub-contracting to source parts and build and
assemble structures, meeting the low cost element of
the process. BAT does not, and will not, have a
large workforce to maintain, this will be the
responsibility of firms selected to undertake the
various aspects of manufacture. Substantial
and needed employment/business/capital is expected
for firms in aviation/construction, struggling to
produce copies of old configurations. |
|
• |
BAT products will provide
other, participating aerospace work. These
companies must be willing to follow BAT's
guidelines, management, directives and policy.
These will follow current manufacturing guidelines
and laws universally. |
|
• |
Safe, reliable efficient types
as specified will be produced from the syndicates
for the low risk/high sales markets as illustrated,
to the highest standard attainable. |
|
• |
The facet of private production
via quality controlled sub-contracting will reduce
costs. primarily by not employing work forces
exceeding 100,000 people as other manufacturers -
BAT will remain quite small and let sub-contractors
operate at their own level. The manufacturers
will have the power to obtain their own Government
subsidies to help lower costs, to win contracts. |
|
• |
Ultimate power will always
reside from BAT, ensuring programmes are built to
specification and new products can be developed, as
inspired and providing correct leadership free of
bureaucracy. |
|
• |
No guarantees apply other than
giving the utmost performance, innovation and faith
that great people uniting can create. |
|
• |
Portions found to be used for
the purposes of money laundering, terrorism funding
or other similar illegal or unethical conducts will
be handed over to the country of residence, or other
nominated country should it be felt the conduct is
from a nation or group of nations is behaving in
such a manner |

A portion purchase is a
commitment to assist in the manufacture of air or
space products. Should a buyer fall upon
difficult financial circumstances they may terminate
their ownership and sell their share through Briggs
Aerospace Technologies: Buyers wishing to sell or
terminate their portions may only do so through
Briggs Aerospace Technologies. A buyer must
contact Briggs Aerospace Technologies informing us
that you wish to sell the portion or portions. The
portions will be refunded only when another portion
is bought by another buyer, minus the money provided
to the seller plus a termination fee. The
refund only takes place when another buyer becomes
available to purchase each portion at a scale rate
of 50%, or one purchased to Briggs Aerospace
Technologies, one refund; or less should any other
portion owners also wish to sell their portions at
the same time. Buyers selling their portions
will loose the money provided to the seller, as well
as the small cancellation fee and this capital will
not be returned. |
